For manufacturing and production, IdeaLab uses different workshops that are applicable to each project. With the expertise of numerous finished turnkey projects, IdeaLab owns a large database of high quality, low cost and on time sub-contractors that are used to work with the demanding IdeaLab Project Managers.

IdeaLab Project Managers are responsible for planning all activities related to the project; maintaining contact with the customer from the start of the project. IdeaLab Project Managers are also responsible to ensure a proper understanding of the customer's requirements; coordinating all activities related to the development stages of the project including simultaneous engineering and co-development; organizing progress meetings with the customer; and managing any alterations introduced during the development of a project.
